Our Story

Origins and Foundation

The agricultural business has been in the family for several generations, especially in crops such as hemp, wheat, pastures, and livestock.

In 1966, the business was restructured, creating Agrícola DISA S.A. to produce and market fresh fruit, especially table grapes.

Expansion and Creation of the Export Company

In 2004, the business was restructured again, adding Exportadora DISA S.A. to the agricultural company to directly market its products to different countries in America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania.

The group of agricultural companies owns around 310 hectares, focusing on Table Grapes with 160 ha, walnuts 90, 30 hectares for crops and/or plantations, and 25 hectares with infrastructure for Packing, cold storage, reservoirs, etc.

Current Leadership and Infrastructure

The business is managed by its owners, through the General Director José Tomás Poblete J. with a family board of 5 people. Along with them, 250 people work during the high season.

The fields have packing infrastructure for grape packaging, all with technified irrigation and reservoirs for water storage, the 2 largest properties with wells to help with water supply in times of drought. Exportadora DISA S.A. has a cold storage facility to pre-cool 110 pallets per day and a storage capacity for 560 pallets.
